Dr. Kotina W. Hall

Dr. Kotina W. Hall is highly regarded as an educator, an activist, and a community leader, known for creating groundbreaking projects for corporate, non-profit, and academic sectors. A 20-year veteran to the civic and corporate industry, she has established herself as a savvy business leader, speaker, and accomplished executive. Dr. Kotina W. Hall is the former Dean of Belhaven University – Atlanta campus and has held numerous faculty professor appointments at both undergraduate and graduate levels and have collaborated intensively in the development of research-based tools for professional development while maximizing cultural and generational differences. Hall has been inducted into the 100 Women of Atlanta association along with being named by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of Atlanta’s “Women on the Move”.
Dr. Hall holds a doctorate degree with distinction from Argosy University, along with a master’s degree from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College; both with honors. She has also earned Six Sigma Green Belt and Project Management certifications from Villanova University with post-graduate training from Emory University, Dale Carnegie, Sanford Brown Institute, and Harvard University.
Dr. Kotina W. Hall has always had a passion to mentor, and because of her concern for the plight of youth, Partnership Success, Incorporated (PS, Inc.) was birthed in 1999, graduating more than 200 children from the Program. She has civic and professional affiliations with organizations such as Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society, Sigma Beta Delta International Business and Management Honor Society, Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society, The National Association of Professional Women, Alabama Writer’s Forum, Toastmasters International, Thomasville Heights Elementary Community Board, Ladies Aide Missionary Society #139 Member, and the Senior Connections Board Member.
Dr. Hall has received numerous awards and recognitions in leadership, academia, civic outreach, and performance. Hall has served as a keynote on varying platforms and appeared on myriad media outlets throughout the United States. In 2017, Dr. Hall was featured on the Heart to Heart Show with Dr. Roz in Los Angeles, California. In 2016, and she was awarded the 2016 Community Service Leadership Award by the Ninth District Association in Atlanta, Georgia.
Since 2013, Hall has released the Patches Series, three children’s books, inspired by her beloved daughter, Jekoti-Blake: Patches, Patches Visits the Jungle, and Patches Wears a Tutu. Hall authors under the name C. Sam Read.
Dr. Kotina W. Hall resides in Atlanta with her husband, Jeffrey, and daughter, Jekoti-Blake.
